Email us
Write to contact@lunc.asia. It is the one channel we use for reader messages. There is no contact form on this site, no live chat and no phone line. That keeps things simple, and it means nothing you send passes through a form or a third-party chat widget. Plain email in English is easiest for us, but you are welcome to write in any of the languages the site is published in.
Please put the page address in your message. A link such as lunc.asia/reviews/indodax tells us exactly where to look and saves a round of back-and-forth.
What to send us
Most of our best fixes start with a reader email. These are the messages that help most:
Useful things to report
- A fact that is wrong or out of date, with a link to the source that shows the correct version
- A live widget that shows a clearly wrong value, or stays empty for a long time
- An exchange that has added or removed a LUNC pair, changed a fee or paused LUNC withdrawals
- A regulator decision or register change in one of the countries we cover
- A governance proposal that changes a Terra Classic parameter we mention
- A translation that reads badly or changes the meaning of the English page
- A broken link
Sources matter. A link to an exchange announcement, a regulator register, an on-chain query or a governance proposal lets us confirm the change quickly. Screenshots help too, especially for app screens we cannot see ourselves. If a widget is misbehaving, tell us which page, which widget and roughly when, plus your browser if you know it. Our about page explains where the live data comes from and why a block sometimes hides itself instead of showing a number.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent review and information site. We do not run an exchange, a wallet or a validator, and we have no access to anyone’s account. That means some requests are outside what we can do:
- Exchange account issues. Locked accounts, identity checks, missing deposits, stuck withdrawals or a forgotten memo need the exchange’s own support team. Use the help centre linked from the exchange’s official site or app, not a contact found in a comment or a search ad.
- Investment advice. We cannot tell you whether to buy, sell or hold LUNC, or how much. Our pages explain how things work; the decision is yours. See our disclaimer.
- Lost funds and wallet recovery. We cannot reverse transactions or recover wallets. If you sent coins to the wrong address, our LUNC explorer guide shows how to trace the transfer, but no one can undo a confirmed on-chain transaction.
- Tax and legal questions about your own situation. Rules differ by country and change often. A local tax adviser or lawyer is the right person for that.
What to expect after you write
We read every message about Terra Classic facts. We check corrections against the primary source before changing a page, so a fix can take a little while, especially when a register or an exchange page is hard to reach. We reply when we need more detail or when we can add something useful, but we cannot promise a reply to every email or a set response time.
If your message is a correction and we confirm it, you will see the change on the page. We do not publish reader emails or names. How we treat the personal data in your email is covered in our privacy policy.
While you wait, the LUNC FAQ may already answer your question, and the exchanges list shows where LUNC trades in each country.
