Bittime for LUNC: a busy USDT book from a young Indonesian app

Bittime trades Terra Classic against USDT and, when we checked, saw more LUNC turnover than any other Indonesian app. It is licensed and a CFX member, but young and light on published fee details.

Our verdict and score

Bittime is the surprise of our Indonesian checks. It is a newer name than Indodax or Tokocrypto, yet its LUNC/USDT book recorded several times Tokocrypto’s turnover and far more than Indodax’s rupiah market on the day we looked. Daily trading ran into the tens of thousands of dollars. The spread between best bid and best ask was a fraction of a percent. For a local app, that is a lively LUNC market.

The score stays modest for two reasons. First, Bittime publishes very little about its own costs: we could not find its trading fees or its LUNC withdrawal fee in any open source. Second, it is young. It was founded in 2022, its App Store rating rests on a few hundred reviews rather than tens of thousands, and its ownership is not public. Licensing is in order, at least on the evidence available.

  • LUNC liquidity7.0
  • Fees4.5
  • Local funding6.5
  • Regulation and safety7.0
  • App and support5.5

How we got there. Liquidity is the best of the three Indonesian venues we review, though still small next to global exchanges. Fees score low not because they are known to be high, but because we could not verify them, and an exchange that does not show its prices clearly loses points with us. Local funding is fair: rupiah is supported, but LUNC needs a USDT step. Regulation and safety reflects a confirmed CFX membership and a self-declared OJK licence, with no reported hack. App and support reflects a decent but thinly sampled rating, around 4.4 stars on the Indonesian App Store.

Bittime is one of the licensed digital asset traders under OJK, the regulator that took over crypto from Bappebti in January 2025. Its licence number comes from its own website, which links OJK announcement PENG-8. The OJK file itself did not load for us, so we cite the licence as Bittime states it. LUNC is on the official Indonesian list of tradable crypto assets as "Terra Classic", so a licensed platform may offer it. Our Indonesia country guide covers the full picture.

LUNC market and liquidity

Bittime’s public API lists one Terra Classic market: LUNCUSDT. The exchange also runs USTCIDR and LUNAIDR. USTC is Terra Classic’s depegged stablecoin, explained on our USTC page. LUNA on Indonesian apps normally means Terra 2.0, which is a separate coin. Check the price before you trade anything labelled LUNA: Terra Classic costs roughly a thousand times less per coin.

The LUNC/USDT book is where Bittime stands out. On the day we pulled its ticker, hundreds of millions of LUNC changed hands, the equivalent of roughly thirty thousand US dollars. The best bid and ask sat close together. That is enough depth for most retail orders to fill near the global price without walking up the book. It is still a small market next to Binance, so very large orders deserve to be split. For live global context, use the board at the top of this page or our LUNC price page.

On our check, Bittime’s LUNC/USDT turnover beat both Tokocrypto and Indodax. Volume moves daily, so treat that as a snapshot, not a ranking.

Fees, minimums and funding

Bittime’s minimum order on LUNC/USDT is low: 0.7 USDT in value, with a minimum quantity of about 12,000 LUNC. Its trading fee schedule and LUNC withdrawal fee did not appear in any open source we could check. That does not mean they are high. It means you must read them in the app before trading, and compare them with what you would pay elsewhere. Indonesian tax applies on top of any trading fee: under PMK 50/2025 the final income tax on domestic licensed platforms is 0.21% of the transaction value, according to press coverage of the rule.

Worked example. If you buy 100 USDT of LUNC on Bittime, the 0.21% tax alone comes to about 0.21 USDT, before the exchange fee. If you then withdraw 2,000,000 LUNC to your own wallet, the chain removes about 30,000 LUNC through the 1.5% on-chain tax, and Bittime adds its own withdrawal fee. Rupiah buyers also pay the cost of the USDT step, which is why the all-in price matters more than any single fee.

Bittime also launched futures trading on 15 July 2026, with CFX approval according to Indonesian business press. We do not cover leveraged LUNC trading here; the coin’s daily swings make it a fast way to lose a position.

Funding with USDT from outside?

Bittime accepts on-chain USDT deposits. CEX.IO, running since 2013, sells USDT by Visa or Mastercard after verification. It does not list LUNC, and Asian users are served by CEX OVRS LLC in St Kitts and Nevis, which holds no Indonesian licence. Indonesian rules tax trades on foreign platforms at a higher rate than on local ones.

How to buy LUNC on Bittime

The steps below are specific to Bittime. Our general how to buy LUNC guide compares routes across exchanges.

  1. Create and verify an account

Download the app from the store links on bittime.com and check that the publisher is PT Utama Aset Digital Indonesia. Complete identity verification before you deposit.

  2. Fund the account

Top up with rupiah through the deposit options the app shows, or send USDT from another wallet or exchange. Bittime runs rupiah markets, so local funding is possible.

  3. Get USDT

If you deposited rupiah, buy USDT in the app. Compare the quoted rate with the order book before you confirm.

  4. Buy LUNC on LUNC/USDT

Open LUNC/USDT and place a limit order near the best ask. The minimum order value is 0.7 USDT. Do not confuse it with the LUNA/IDR market.

  5. Check withdrawal details before you move coins

Bittime does not publish its LUNC withdrawal fee. Read the fee, network and memo field on the Withdraw screen, send a small test, and remember the chain’s 1.5% tax.

LUNC-specific notes

Memo. LUNC deposits on most exchanges need a memo next to the terra1… address, and Bittime did not publish its rule where we could see it. If the deposit screen shows a memo field, fill it exactly. When you send LUNC from Bittime to your own wallet, a memo is usually not needed. Chain tax. Every transfer on Terra Classic pays the 1.5% burn tax, of which 1.2% is burned. That rate was set by governance and can change by vote. Track your transfer afterwards with our LUNC explorer guide. Staking and burns. We found no LUNC staking or LUNC burn programme on Bittime. To earn staking rewards you need a self-custody wallet; see LUNC staking.

Regulation and security record

Bittime’s CFX membership is the firmest fact we have. The CFX members register lists PT Utama Aset Digital Indonesia under SPAB-030/PFAK/CFX/10/2024, dated 24 October 2024. The OJK licence, KEP-11/D.07/2025 from 22 May 2025, is self-declared on Bittime’s site with a link to the regulator’s announcement. Press lists of licensed Indonesian traders from 2026 also include Bittime.

Our research found no reported platform hack. With an exchange founded in 2022, a clean record says less than it would for one with a decade behind it. Ownership is the open question. Bittime’s site code carries references to Bitrue, which suggests it runs on Bitrue technology, but we could not find who owns the company. None of that is a red flag on its own. It is a reason to keep balances small and withdraw what you plan to hold to one of the LUNC wallets we cover.

Bittime vs Indodax vs Tokocrypto

All three are licensed Indonesian venues that list LUNC. They suit different buyers.

Indonesian exchanges that list Terra Classic

BittimeLUNC/USDT0.7 USDTCFX6.1
TokocryptoLUNC_USDT5 USDTICEx6.9
IndodaxLUNC/IDR, LUNC/USDTRp10,000CFX6.7

Pick Indodax if you want rupiah straight into LUNC and buy in small amounts. Pick Tokocrypto if you value Binance group links and a clearly published fee schedule. Pick Bittime if local LUNC turnover is your priority and you are comfortable reading fees in the app. Pintu, Reku and Upbit Indonesia do not list LUNC. For every venue across Asia, see our LUNC exchanges list.

FAQ

Does Bittime list LUNC?

Yes. Bittime lists Terra Classic as LUNC/USDT. There is no LUNC/IDR pair, so rupiah users need to buy USDT first and then trade it for LUNC.

Is Bittime licensed by OJK?

Bittime states on its website that its operator, PT Utama Aset Digital Indonesia, holds OJK business licence KEP-11/D.07/2025 dated 22 May 2025, and it links the OJK announcement. We could not open the OJK document directly. Its CFX membership, SPAB-030/PFAK/CFX/10/2024, is confirmed on the CFX register.

What is the minimum LUNC order on Bittime?

The LUNC/USDT market has a minimum order value of 0.7 USDT, and the exchange also sets a minimum quantity of roughly 12,000 LUNC per order. Either way, a first purchase can be well under one US dollar.

Is Bittime safe for LUNC?

Bittime is supervised by OJK according to its own site and is a confirmed CFX member, and our research found no reported platform hack. It is a young exchange, founded in 2022, and it publishes less detail on fees and withdrawals than older peers. Keep only trading balances there and hold the rest in your own wallet.

Who owns Bittime?

Bittime is operated by PT Utama Aset Digital Indonesia. Its website code contains references to Bitrue, which suggests it uses Bitrue technology, but we could not establish who owns the company. Treat any claim of a parent group as unconfirmed.
