The short version
We collect almost nothing. lunc.asia is a set of static pages: there is no sign-up, no login, no comment section and no contact form. The site itself sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or analytics scripts of its own. The fonts are served from our own domain, not from a font service. What does leave your browser is a handful of requests to public data providers that power the live widgets, explained below.
When you load a page
Like any website, our pages are delivered by a web server. The hosting infrastructure behind it may record standard technical details, such as your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not combine that information with anything else, and we do not use it to build profiles of visitors.
Live data: which providers your browser calls
Prices, charts, the converter, the burn meter, staking and governance panels are not served by us. When a page with a widget loads, your browser asks public APIs for the data directly. Each provider receives an ordinary web request, which includes your IP address and browser details, and handles it under its own privacy policy.
| Provider | What it supplies | Domain your browser calls |
|---|---|---|
| CoinGecko | LUNC, USTC and LUNA market data | api.coingecko.com |
| Binance public data | Backup price data if CoinGecko fails | data-api.binance.vision |
| jsDelivr (currency-api) | USD to local-currency rates | cdn.jsdelivr.net |
| ExchangeRate-API | Backup currency rates | open.er-api.com |
| Terra Classic public nodes | Supply, tax, staking, governance, transactions | terra-classic-lcd.publicnode.com, lcd.terra-classic.hexxagon.io |
If you paste a wallet address or transaction hash into our explorer tool, your browser sends it to the Terra Classic public nodes to look it up. Those addresses and transactions are already public on the blockchain, but the node operator can see that your IP address asked about them. If that matters to you, use a VPN or look the address up on a block explorer of your choice.
If you block these domains, the site still works. The widgets that depend on them simply hide, as described on our about page.
What is stored in your browser
To avoid asking the same provider again on every page, the site keeps a short-lived copy of market data and currency rates in your browser’s sessionStorage. It holds only public numbers such as the latest LUNC price and exchange rates, nothing about you. It stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is cleared by the browser when you close the tab or window.
Some pages read your browser’s time zone setting locally to decide whether to show a note that a service is not available in your country. That check happens on your device and the value is not sent anywhere.
Links and buttons to other sites
Buttons and external links take you to other websites, such as exchanges, regulators and block explorers. Once you leave lunc.asia, the other site’s privacy policy applies, including any cookies it sets. We do not pass personal data to those sites when you click.
If you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it only to read and, where useful, answer your message, for example to ask about a correction. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your email. Please do not send seed phrases, private keys, passwords or identity documents. We never need them.
Privacy questions
For any question about privacy on this site, or to ask us to delete an email you sent, write to contact@lunc.asia. What to include in a message is explained on the contact page, and the limits of the information we publish are set out in our disclaimer. If this policy changes, for example because we add a new data provider, we will update this page.
